Italy Loves Foo Fighters
It’s pretty inspiring to see over 1,000 musicians get together to serenade their favorite rock band. The people of Cesena, Italy did just that, when they performed “Learning To Fly”, in their plea to get the band to perform for them in their hometown. We all know how cool Dave Grohl can be and the band announced recently that they will, indeed, perform for them in their own town. Mission Accomplished!

Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania has a new pint-sized celebrity. His name is Noah Ritter and he has to tell you about the rides at the Wayne County Fair and the Powerball Jackpot. Apparently, he’s never been on live TV before either and apparently, he’s a kid and kids don’t watch the news. His excitement is infectious and brightened our day. We hope it brightens your day too.
Let Weird Al Yankovic Be The Grammar Police For You
We’ve watched “Weird” Al Yankovic evolve from a crafty accordion player into a parody generating evil genius. His uncanny ability to take today’s modern hits and completely rework all of the lyrics into a new creation is fun to watch.
Recently, Weird Al put together an online video project, where he released 8 videos in 8 days. On Day 2, this brilliant gem, “Word Crimes” debuted. A modern day parody of Robin Thicke’s, “Blurred Lines” (and some would argue Marvin Gaye) has us on a journey of proper English grammar.
Over the years, he has created dozens of hilarious spoofs. We think this is even better than his 2010 classic, “Amish Paradise”. So what’s your favorite “Weird” Al moment?
American Ninja Warrior – Kacy Catanzaro
For those of you unfamiliar with American Ninja Warrior, here’s a brief primer. Competitors have to run through a myriad of obstacles that will test their endurance, creativity and stamina. Each section tests a different agility (ie. upper body, footwork, etc).
This obstacle course is nothing short of insane, which is why this video is even more amazing. Kacy Catanzaro was an NCAA gymnast at Towson State and currently works as an obstacle course trainer. The agility she displays is completely jaw dropping. You’ve got to check out the way she completes the course. Inspiring!
